We provide web design & development, web hosting, domain services, digital marketing, mobile & web application development, custom software solutions, and related IT consulting services.

3. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Paystack, Payfast, etc.).
- Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in a separate service agreement or as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by or licensed to Cyber Cube Africa and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as agreed in the project proposal. We retain rights to underlying code, templates, and methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without permission
